Ingredients

Unleavened Wheat Flour500 g
Margarine quality250 g
Salt (pinch)1 to taste
Condensed milk400 ml
Sour cream200 ml
Lemon juice100 ml
Lemon zest (for garnish)1 to taste

In a bowl, place the egg, flour, margarine and salt, mixing well.
Take pie molds and line them at the bottom and side with a layer not too thick
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 minutes and set aside.
In a pan over low heat, place the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice, stirring until it becomes a thick cream.
Put the cream in the molds and on top a little lemon zest to taste, wait to cool and you can serve.
