Lemons (juice)4 unit(s)
Melted butter200 g

Grind the cornstarch biscuit in a blender or food processor. Place the cookie crumbs in a bowl.
Mix the butter into this dough until it is combined.
Spread the crushed cookies with your hands on the bottom and sides of the form, covering the entire area evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
FILLING Blend all the ingredients in a blender (without the lemon zest) until you get a smooth and firm cream.
Fill the already baked dough and take it to the fridge for 1 hour.
Unmold the shape (do not remove the fu ing) add the lemon zest. Just delight in this treat!
