- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Lemons (juice)4 unit(s)
- Melted butter200 g
- Grind the cornstarch biscuit in a blender or food processor. Place the cookie crumbs in a bowl.
- Mix the butter into this dough until it is combined.
- Spread the crushed cookies with your hands on the bottom and sides of the form, covering the entire area evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- FILLING Blend all the ingredients in a blender (without the lemon zest) until you get a smooth and firm cream.
- Fill the already baked dough and take it to the fridge for 1 hour.
- Unmold the shape (do not remove the fu ing) add the lemon zest. Just delight in this treat!
