- Lemon Bis to taste
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk and the cream for three minutes. Gradually add the lemon juice and continue beating. Pour the mousse into a refractory, and put it in the fridge. When serving, grind the bis and place it on top of the mousse to decorate.
