Lemon Mousse with Strawberry Jam

  • Box of strawberries, cut into 41 cup
  • Sugar6 tablespoon
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon3 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Juice of 2 lemons10 tablespoon
  1. For the jelly: Add the chopped strawberries, sugar and juice of 1/2 lemon in a pan, you can add a spoon of water. Mix everything and let it boil over medium heat, when it reaches a gelatinous texture (when it thickens), turn off the heat and set aside.
  2. Add the cream and condensed milk in a refractory container, mix until both are incorporated. Sieve the lemon juice, add it gradually, stirring constantly, after joining all the juice to the mixture, put it in the fridge for approximately 1 hour. *if you are in a hurry, let it freeze in the freezer for 15/20min.
  3. After the necessary time has passed, spread the jam on top and serve.
