- Beat the condensed milk and the cream for 2 minutes in the blender on high speed.
- Reduce the speed to medium and, gradually add the lemon juice, beat for another 3 minutes.
- Pour into a single refractory or into individual dessert cups and refrigerate for 2/3 hours or until hardened.
- Put the BIS to garnish.
