- Dissolve the gelatin with hot water.
- Beat the condensed milk, the cream, the lemon juice and the gelatin in the blender.
- Pour into a pudding mold. Grease with Margarine.
- Place in the fridge for a few hours or until firm.
- Unmold and decorate with lemon zest.
