Lemon Mousse Pie with Ganache

  • Sour cream400 g
  • Lemon Juice Powder (sufresh or Mid)2 unit(s)
  • Chocolate chips or bars300 g
  • Cream (for the Ganache)100 g
  • Cornstarch Cookie Base (recipe in my profile)1 unit(s)
  1. Beat condensed milk, cream, powdered juice... for the lemon mousse
  2. Pour the mousse into the biscuit base and refrigerate for 1 hour
  3. For the ganache, heat the 100g of cream and pour over the 300g of chocolate chips or bars.
  4. Mix the ganache well until each piece of chocolate is completely melted and the ganache is shiny and smooth.
  5. Cover the pie with the ganache as in the photo and decorate as you wish....lemon zest, drawings, etc.
