  • Tahiti lime3 unit(s)
  • Maizena Biscuit200 g
  • Sour cream (box)200 g
  • Fresh cream250 ml
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Lemon zest3 unit(s)
  1. For the cream: In a blender, place the lemon juice and condensed milk, and blend until smooth.
  2. For the farofa: In a blender, grind the cornstarch cookies until they form a flour. In a bowl, add the crushed cookies, and the box milk cream little by little (not a whole box), and knead with your fingertips until you form a wet crumb. Reserve.
  3. For the Chantilly: In a mixer, beat the fresh cream (well chilled - secret to beat easier) with the sugar until it thickens.
  4. Distribute the biscuit farofa in a very pretty platter and pour the cream. Finish with whipped cream and lemon zest. Place in the fridge until serving time.
