- Milk or semisweet chocolate300 g
- Canned condensed milk2 unit(s)
- Canned cream1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice160 ml
- Zest of the rind of half a lemon to taste
- Fill 8 small balloons (water bladder type).
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave and place in a small and deep container that fits the already full bladder inside.
- Dip the balloon in chocolate and place on parchment paper. When the chocolate dries, pop it to form a basket.
- Blend the rest of the ingredients to make the mousse in a blender and fill the baskets. Take it to freeze.
