  • Milk or semisweet chocolate300 g
  • Canned condensed milk2 unit(s)
  • Canned cream1 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice160 ml
  • Zest of the rind of half a lemon to taste
  1. Fill 8 small balloons (water bladder type).
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and place in a small and deep container that fits the already full bladder inside.
  3. Dip the balloon in chocolate and place on parchment paper. When the chocolate dries, pop it to form a basket.
  4. Blend the rest of the ingredients to make the mousse in a blender and fill the baskets. Take it to freeze.
