- Lemon3 unit(s)
- Lemon zest1 to taste
- In a blender, add the milk and the cream with the juice of the 3 lemons, beat well
- Beat until the cream thickens, in a refractory throw the cream and sprinkle the optional lemon zest
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes and serve chilled as desired.
