- Canned condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream400 g

- Grind the cornstarch biscuit in a blender until it forms a flour. In a bowl, mix this flour, room temperature butter, mix with your fingertips until it looks like wet sand.
- In a bowl, mix the cream, condensed milk and lemon juice, mix everything very well, until it becomes homogeneous. Also mix a little of the lemon zest, saving a part for the finish.
- Transfer the “dough” to the bottom of a martini glass, then add a little lemon cream, and finish with mint leaves and lemon zest. Serve cold.
