- Zest of zest of 1 lemon to taste

- Mix all the ingredients for the topping and keep it in the fridge.
- Whisk the oil, milk, eggs and sugar in a blender until smooth.

- Pour into a greased and infarinhada pan and take it to the preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Unmold and cover the cake with the icing, sprinkle with the lemon zest and refrigerate for 2 hours
