  • cup of oil1 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Zest of zest of 1 lemon to taste
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 coffee spoon

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the topping and keep it in the fridge.
  2. Whisk the oil, milk, eggs and sugar in a blender until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, add the sifted flour, yeast and lemon zest mix.
  4. Pour into a greased and infarinhada pan and take it to the preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Unmold and cover the cake with the icing, sprinkle with the lemon zest and refrigerate for 2 hours
