- Lemons (I used 4)100 ml
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk and the cream for 3 minutes.
- Gradually add the lemon juice and continue beating.
- Pour the mousse into a refractory and put it in the fridge.
- When serving, grind the bis and place on top of the mousse to decorate.
