Primeiro bata no liquidificador a água fervente com açúcar por 5 minutos em seguida coloque o leite em pó e bata novamente agora enquanto bate os ingredientes acrescente o suco de limão até criar a consistência de mousse por fim despeje em uma travessa e cubra com raspas de limão leve à geladeira e sirva gelado
