- Lemon juice120 ml
- In a blender place the condensed milk, cream and lemon juice.
- Beat on high speed for about 5 minutes or until the cream thickens.
- Transfer to a container, cover and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- After that, just decorate with lemon zest and serve.
