- 1 1/2 cup condensed milk395 g
- 3 cups 35% fat cream600 g
- 1 cup powdered milk90 g
- 1/2 cup lemon juice100 ml
- Lemon zest to taste
- In the mixer place the cream of milk, the powdered milk and beat until it reaches the consistency of whipped cream.
- Separately, mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice and add to the whipped cream, beating until smooth.
- Add the lemon zest and mix. Put it in a shape and take it to the freezer for 6 hours or until completely frozen. Help yourself.
