Bata no liquidificador o óleo, leite, um pacotinho de gelatina, ovos, açúcar e a farinha de trigo deixando por último o fermento.

Beat the oil, milk, a packet of gelatine, eggs, sugar and wheat flour in a blender, leaving the yeast last.

Acrescente a massa numa forma já untada e leve ao forno por 180°C

Pour the mixture into a greased loaf tin and bake at 180°C.

For the topping, beat the condensed milk with the lemon juice in a blender.
