- Wheat flour1 cup
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Sugar1/3 cup
- Lemon juice4 tablespoon
- Confectioner's sugar1 cup
- Salt to taste
- In a pan, add the flour, cornstarch and salt.
- In a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add the lemon juice and zest and beat just to mix.
- Then add the dry mixture and continue beating on low speed until well combined.
- Make a cylinder with the dough and wrap it in parchment paper and put it in the freezer until it freezes.
- Cut into slices, place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180* until low, about 15 minutes.
- Let cool and roll in icing sugar.
