- In the blender, beat the condensed milk and the cream for 1 minute. Whisking constantly, add the lemon juice and beat for another 1 or 2 minutes. To assemble, line a refractory with cookies, place the cream on top and alternate, ending with the cream. Decorate with lemon zest. You can decorate with whipped cream and sigh too. It's optional 😉 Leave it in the fridge for at least 1 hour and that's it, just delight yourself 😋😋😋😋😋😋
