  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream300 g
  • Lemon Juice150 ml
  • Cornstarch or Milk Biscuits200 g
  • Semisweet chocolate bar200 g
  1. In the blender beat the condensed milk and 200 g of cream (1 box) for 1 minute. Gradually add the lemon broth and taste it, you can go a little less or a little more according to your taste. I like it more sour. Let it hit for 2 min until it's well aerated.
  2. Intersperse layers of biscuit and mousse, starting with the mousse. Take it to freeze for 15 min.
  3. For the ganache, chop the chocolate and place it in a temperature-resistant refractory, add 100g of cream (half a box). Melt the chocolate in a microwave or bain-marie, stirring occasionally. I put it in the microwave for 25 to 30 seconds at a time, mixing well after each break, so as not to run the risk of burning. Cover the mousse with the ganache and return to the fridge for another 1 or 2 hours at least. It's just serving.
