  • Champagne biscuit150 g
  • Whole milk1/2 cup
  • condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Medium Lime2 unit(s)
  • Grated white chocolate to taste
  1. Remove the zest from the lemons and set aside.
  2. Squeeze the 2 lemons and put the juice in the blender along with the condensed milk and cream. Beat until creamy, about 3 minutes. Reserve.
  3. Cut the round ends of the cookies and reserve for decoration.
  4. For assembly, place a layer of lemon cream on a small platter, then a layer of the remaining biscuit soaked in milk.
  5. Keep alternating the layers finishing with the lemon cream.
  6. Place the decoration cookies around the pave, sprinkle with white chocolate and finish with lemon zest.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
