- Champagne biscuit150 g
- Whole milk1/2 cup
- condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Medium Lime2 unit(s)
- Grated white chocolate to taste
- Remove the zest from the lemons and set aside.
- Squeeze the 2 lemons and put the juice in the blender along with the condensed milk and cream. Beat until creamy, about 3 minutes. Reserve.
- Cut the round ends of the cookies and reserve for decoration.
- For assembly, place a layer of lemon cream on a small platter, then a layer of the remaining biscuit soaked in milk.
- Keep alternating the layers finishing with the lemon cream.
- Place the decoration cookies around the pave, sprinkle with white chocolate and finish with lemon zest.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
