- Milk to dip the biscuit to taste
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon.
- In a glass refractory place some of the mousse Dip the biscuit in milk and place on top.
- Put the lemon mousse and the biscuit again
- Finally put the rest of the mousse
- To decorate add lemon zest (OPTIONAL)
