- 1 recipe for fake condensed milk (recipe in highlights) 2 boxes of light cream Juice of 3 lemons (pure, without water) 1 package and a half of cornstarch biscuit (about 300 grams)1 kg
- Put the condensed milk and cream in the blender and let it hit for like 2 minutes! With the blender still on, add the squeezed lemon and beat for another 4 minutes. On a platter, make a layer with the cookies, pour some of the mousse and then make other layers (cookies + mousse) until you run out! Put lemon zest on top and take it to the fridge for a couple of hours.
