- Lemon juice50 ml
- Milk to dip the biscuit10 ml
- Lemon zest1 unit(s)
- Blend the lemon juice, cream and condensed milk in a blender for 3 minutes.
- Quickly dip the cookies in the milk and alternate layers between the cream and the cookie.
- Finish with lemon zest
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
