- Yogurt1 teaspoon
- Sugar2/2 teaspoon
- Lemon zest2 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice and zest to taste for sprinkling2 to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Place the eggs, yogurt, sugar and oil in a blender and blend.
- Add the sugar and lemon zest, then the wheat flour and finally the yeast just to mix.
- Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan for approximately 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- For the topping, just beat the condensed milk with the lemon juice and set aside.
- I prefer to let the cake stay warm to cover, but I admit that warm is also delicious.
