Yogurt1 teaspoon
Sugar2/2 teaspoon
Lemon zest2 tablespoon
Lemon juice1 unit(s)
Oil1/2 cup
Wheat flour2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Condensed milk1 unit(s)
Lemon juice and zest to taste for sprinkling2 to taste

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Place the eggs, yogurt, sugar and oil in a blender and blend.
Add the sugar and lemon zest, then the wheat flour and finally the yeast just to mix.
Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan for approximately 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
For the topping, just beat the condensed milk with the lemon juice and set aside.
I prefer to let the cake stay warm to cover, but I admit that warm is also delicious.
