Lemon Cake with Nest Milk Icing

Comece separando a gema da Clara. Bata a Clara e acrescente o açúcar e a margarina misture bem. 
Numa vasilha coloque,  farinha de trigo e acrescente a Clara, coloque leite aos poucos e o suco de limão, coloque o fermento mexendo bem. 
Num tabuleiro untado coloque a massa e leve ao forno de 30 a 35 min.



Start by separating the yolk from Clara. Beat the egg white and add the sugar and margarine mix well.
In a bowl, place the wheat flour and add the Clara, gradually add the milk and the lemon juice, add the yeast and mix well.
Place the dough on a greased tray and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.



Misture leite condensado, creme de leite ou Leite, manteiga e o leite em pó  em fogo baixo até ficar em ponto de calda.
Se preferir polvilhe leite em pó em cima do bolo

Mix condensed milk, cream or milk, butter and powdered milk over low heat until it becomes a syrup.
If you prefer, sprinkle powdered milk on top of the cake.
