1 and 1/2 cup sugar

Juice of 1 or 2 lemons (depends on size)

Lemon zest

3 and 1/2 wheat flour

1 cup of milk

2 tablespoons of baking powder

Topping: 1 box of condensed milk

Zest of zest of 1 small lemon

1 sachet of lemon flavored juice

1 box of sour cream

Bolo: 
1- Bater no liquidificador os ovos, o açúcar e margarina;
2- Em seguida juntar o suco e raspas do limão, o leite e farinha aos poucos;
3- Por último misturar, delicadamente, o fermento;
4- Espalhar a massa em uma assadeira já untada e assar no forno (já preaquecido) por mais ou menos 40 minutos em temperatura de 180°C.

Cake:

3- Finally, gently mix the yeast;
4- Spread the dough on an already greased roast and bake in the oven (already preheated) for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.

Cobertura:
1- Misture metade da caixinha de leite condensado, com o creme de leite e o pó do suco sabor limão em um refratário até ficar bem homogêneo. E prontinho!

Roof:
