- In a bowl put the oil, sugar, milk and lemon juice mix with a whisk, add the eggs, milk and lemon zest. Mix well after adding the salt, wheat and baking soda take it to the oven for 30 minutes. In a mixer, take the egg yolk and beat until it becomes snow, add the lemon and icing sugar until it becomes a glaze. Use as a frosting on the cold cake.
