Lemon cake with frosting

Em uma tigela coloque o óleo,  acucar, leite e suco de limão misture com um fouet, adicione os ovos, o leite e raspas de limão. 
Misture bem após adicione o sal,  trigo e o fermento leve ao forno por 30 minutos. 
Em uma batedeira leve a gema do ovo e bata até ficar em ponto de neve, adicione o limão e o açúcar de confeiteiro até virar um glace.
Use como cobertura no bolo frio.
