Milk1 cup
Lemon (juice)1 to taste
Sugar1.1/2 cup
Oil1 cup
Eggs4 unit(s)
Lemon zest1 to taste
Wheat flour2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Blueberries (fresh or frozen)1 cup

In a bowl add the milk and lemon juice, stir well, let it rest (10 to 15 min) this mixture should curdle / thicken.
In the mixer, add the eggs and sugar, beat well, add the oil then the mixture of milk with lemon and the zest, gradually add the wheat flour, finally the yeast.
Carefully add the blueberries. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°.
