- Wheat02 cup
- Baking powder01 teaspoon

- In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, milk and lemon gelatin. Whisk until everything dissolves.
- After beating, add the refined sugar and beat again.
- Now add the wheat and baking powder. Knock again.
- Grease a mold and add the mixture you just hit. Let it bake for 40 minutes.
- After it's cold, unmold.
- Now it's time to cover:
- Blend the condensed milk and lemon juice in a blender. Pour over the cake. Decorate with lemon zest.
- Ready now and just enjoy your wonderful lemon cake.
