Oil1/2 ml
Milk250 ml
Lemon Jelly01 unit(s)
Refined Sugar02 cup
Wheat02 cup
Baking powder01 teaspoon
Coverage to taste
Condensed milk01 unit(s)

In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, milk and lemon gelatin. Whisk until everything dissolves.
After beating, add the refined sugar and beat again.
Now add the wheat and baking powder. Knock again.
Grease a mold and add the mixture you just hit. Let it bake for 40 minutes.
After it's cold, unmold.
Now it's time to cover:
Blend the condensed milk and lemon juice in a blender. Pour over the cake. Decorate with lemon zest.
Ready now and just enjoy your wonderful lemon cake.
