  • Lemon zest2 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice50 ml
  • Natural Yogurt170 g
  • Refined Sugar240 g
  • Wheat flour270 g
  • Baking powder10 g
  1. Place the eggs in a bowl with the oil, mixing well with the help of a whisk.
  2. Then add the lemon zest, juice and yogurt and mix well.
  3. Put the sifted wheat flour with the yeast and mix well to incorporate the dough.
  4. In a shape with a hole in the middle (18 cm) greased with butter and flour, pour the dough and take it to the preheated oven, let it bake for 45 minutes or until it is golden and sticking the toothpick, comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool and unmold the cake onto a plate of your choice. And it will be ready to serve!
