- In the blender start beating the liquids
- Add the sugar and beat again
- Add the wheat and salt and beat again.
- Finally put the yeast and zest of a lemon peel and activate the pulse
- Pour in a round shape with a hole in the middle of 20 cm. Greased and floured.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until the toothpick test comes out clean (approximately 35 minutes depending on the oven)
- ⚠️ Wait for it to cool down to unmold!
