- Lemon zest1 teaspoon

- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1/2 teaspoon
- Condensed milk2 tablespoon
- Lemon juice2 tablespoon
- Lemon zest to taste
- In a mug place the egg, sugar, oil, a teaspoon of lemon zest and mix well with a fork.
- Add 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix with a fork a little more.
- Add the wheat flour little by little, mix until it is very homogeneous and finally the yeast.
- Microwave for 2 minutes. And do the toothpick test.
- Place the condensed milk and lemon juice in a pot and mix well.
- Place the icing on the cake, spread with a spoon and decorate with lemon zest. It's cute and delicious!
