Lemon Cake 🍋

Coloque no liquidificador os ovos  açúcar óleo e o suco do limão e bata por 1 minuto

Place the eggs, sugar, oil and lemon juice in a blender and blend for 1 minute.

Coloque o trigo e a maisena no liquidificador e bata até ficar uma massa homogênea 

Place the wheat and cornstarch in a blender and blend until smooth.

Coloque o fermento e bata só até misturar , coloque em uma forma untada com mais ou menos 21 de diâmetro. Coloque no forno pre aquecido a 180 graus e deixe assar por 30 a 35 minutos. Faça o teste do palito para ver se já está pronto . SE você gostar faça um mousse com leite condensado e o limão e jogue por cima , uma delícia 😋 ! 

Put the yeast and beat just until mixed, put it in a greased shape with about 21 in diameter. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
