  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Flour2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Lemon juice1/2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Lemon juice3 unit(s)
  1. In a mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside.
  2. Beat the sifted yolks, sugar and margarine until you get a fluffy cream.
  3. Add the flour, milk and lemon juice, mix and beat a little.
  4. Turn off the mixer and gently add the yeast and snow whites.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes in a 22 cm diameter pan with a hole in the middle greased.
  6. While the cake is baking, place the condensed milk, lemon juice and cream in a bowl until you get a creamy mixture.
  7. Now just put the icing on top of the cake and decorate as you wish.
