👉🏻 Massa: na batedeira, bata bem os três ovos; acrescente a meia xícara de óleo; o açúcar; o pacote de gelatina sabor limão; a farinha de trigo e bata bem. Por último, acrescente 1 colher de fermento e misture. Despeje a massa em uma forma redonda com furo no meio, untada e asse em forno médio por aproximadamente 40 minutos.

👉🏻 Pasta: in the mixer, beat the three eggs well; add half a cup of oil; the sugar; the packet of lemon-flavored gelatin; the wheat flour and beat well. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of yeast and mix. Pour the dough into a round shape with a hole in the middle, greased and bake in a medium oven for approximately 40 minutes.

👉🏻 Cobertura: misture bem o suco de dois limões e o leite condensado; leve à geladeira e reserve. Depois que o bolo estiver pronto, desenforme e cubra-o com a cobertura. Decore com as raspas de limão. 

👉🏻 Coverage: mix the juice of two lemons and condensed milk well; put in the fridge and set aside. Once the cake is ready, unmold it and cover it with the icing. Decorate with lemon zest.
