- Wheat flour200 g
- Oil80 ml
- Sugar170 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Yeast8 g
- Condensed milk395 g
- Box milk20 ml
- Nescau2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- In the blender add the eggs, oil, sugar and grated carrot, blend for 1 minute and a half. Pour the cream into a bowl add the sifted flour, mix lightly with a whisk, then the baking powder. Pour into a greased shape 30×20 cm. Bake for approximately 35 minutes
- Roof In a pan put the condensed milk and the nescau mix very well add the butter and milk. Cook over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes or until you have a thick syrup of your choice.
