  • Wheat flour200 g
  • Oil80 ml
  • Sugar170 g
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Yeast8 g
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Box milk20 ml
  • Nescau2 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. In the blender add the eggs, oil, sugar and grated carrot, blend for 1 minute and a half. Pour the cream into a bowl add the sifted flour, mix lightly with a whisk, then the baking powder. Pour into a greased shape 30×20 cm. Bake for approximately 35 minutes
  2. Roof In a pan put the condensed milk and the nescau mix very well add the butter and milk. Cook over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes or until you have a thick syrup of your choice.
