- Unflavored gelatin (envelope)2 unit(s)
- Water (to hydrate the gelatin)10 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence2 tablespoon
- Sugar2 cup
- Hot water1 cup
- In a pan add the sugar. Over medium heat, let it melt completely, stirring occasionally with a spatula. . When golden add boiling water. Carefully stir with the spatula until the syrup forms.
- Pour the syrup into a central hole shape and carefully turn the shape to cover the sides. (If the mold is made of silicone, wait for it to cool down a bit). Reserve.
- . Hydrate the colorless gelatin with water and microwave for 15 seconds, according to package instructions.
- . In the blender add the milk, the cream, the condensed milk, the vanilla and the already hydrated gelatin . Whisk everything until smooth. . Pour the blender mixture into the mold with the syrup and take it to the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. . Unmold on your favorite platter.
