2 cartons of condensed milk, 2 eggs, 2 measuring cups of condensed milk, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence (optional) and 4 tablespoons of wheat flour

No liquidificador coloque todos os ingredientes, bata bem, e leve em banho Maria por mais ou menos 1 hora, até espetar o palito e não sair muito sujo e com gosto de cru 

Put all the ingredients in the blender, mix well, and take it to a bain-marie for about 1 hour, until you stick the toothpick and it doesn't come out too dirty and tastes raw.
