  • Sugar of any kind11/2 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Oil of any type1 cup
  • Lemon juice (any kind)1/4 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Yeast1 dessert spoon
  1. In the mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until it forms a light and fluffy cream.
  2. While beating, reduce the speed a little and add the water and oil (I put 1 cup minus 1 finger).
  3. Continue beating and add the lemon juice.
  4. Turn off the mixer and add the sifted wheat flour along with the yeast.
  5. Mix with a fouetleve to bake at 180° in a preheated oven until golden. Do the toothpick test
