Sugar of any kind11/2 cup
Water1 cup
Oil of any type1 cup
Lemon juice (any kind)1/4 cup
Wheat flour2 cup
Yeast1 dessert spoon

In the mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until it forms a light and fluffy cream.
While beating, reduce the speed a little and add the water and oil (I put 1 cup minus 1 finger).
Continue beating and add the lemon juice.
Turn off the mixer and add the sifted wheat flour along with the yeast.
Mix with a fouetleve to bake at 180° in a preheated oven until golden. Do the toothpick test
