- Oil of any type1 cup
- Lemon juice (any kind)1/4 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- In the mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until it forms a light and fluffy cream.
- While beating, reduce the speed a little and add the water and oil (I put 1 cup minus 1 finger).
- Continue beating and add the lemon juice.
- Turn off the mixer and add the sifted wheat flour along with the yeast.
- Mix with a fouetleve to bake at 180° in a preheated oven until golden. Do the toothpick test
