Wheat flour3 cup
Sugar2 cup
Chocolate powder2 cup
Eggs3 unit(s)
Oil1 cup
Hot water1 cup
Lactose-free condensed milk1 can(s)
Chocolate powder for topping4 tablespoon

Mix all dry ingredients (flour, chocolate and sugar)
Add the eggs, oil and hot water and mix well until the dough is completely homogeneous.
Place the dough on a greased tray and take it to the oven on medium heat for approximately 40 minutes.
To make the topping, mix the lactose-free condensed milk and 4 tablespoons of nescau in a pan. Mix and half well over low heat until thickened. Finish by placing the icing and top of the cake.
