  • Sugar30 g
  • Almond flour40 g
  • Wheat flour100 g
  • Almond liqueur10 ml
  • Icing sugar100 g
  1. Mix together the ingredients, except the icing sugar, to form a crumbly dough. If more liquid is needed, use a little cold water.
  2. Form a loaf of dough without kneading too much
  3. Stretch over 1 cm thick plastic film and let it cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Cut with the molds you want and bake at 180 degrees until they are firm and soft.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sugar while still hot/warm.
