yeast1 tablespoon
Candied fruit1 to taste
Nuts1 to taste
Raisins1 to taste
Panettone, almonds and rum essence1 to taste
Icing sugar1 to taste
dried fruit1 to taste

Soak candied fruit and raisins in rum or brandy.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, add 1/2 cup of sugar and set aside.
Beat the butter with sugar and throw the yolks one by one.
Place the milk, flour, yeast, lemon zest and essences.
Strain the candied fruits and roll them in the flour so they don't stick to the bottom of the mold. Throw the rum or brandy into the cream.
Then delicately mix the egg whites and the fruits with the cream.
Put it in greased shape of oil and take it to bake.

To make the frosting, place 1 cup of icing sugar in a bowl and add the lemon juice or milk, stirring constantly.
Cover the cake and sprinkle with dried fruits to your liking.
